This is our version of a “Rancor Tooth” pommel for a lightsaber. This piece is 3D printed in tough PETG plastic. It is available as a RAW PRINT right off the printer or as a FINISHED piece where we have hand painted/weathered and sealed the prop, so it is ready to use. Since it is hand painted and finished, color and weathering will vary; each piece is unique there are no two that are exactly alike.

This pommel is available in two forms: choose a RAW PRINT directly off the printer, offering a blank canvas for your own artistic interpretation, or opt for the FINISHED variant. The finished version comes ready for use with, hand-painted details, and a weathered appearance, ensuring that no two pieces look exactly alike. This means your lightsaber pommel will not only be functional but also an extraordinary one-of-a-kind creation.

Compatibility and Care Instructions

Our LGT/VHC rancor tooth pommel is compatible with the LGT/Damien Tech Variable Hilt Component (VHC) lightsabers sold worldwide by many saber companies,  a great option to add a little bit of nature and predatory edge to any saber. There are two base versions available, one with an integrated 3D printed plastic base and one made using an actual metal LGT coupler as the base that screws onto the saber. The metal base comes at a slightly higher cost due to the fact that we have to source that part from LGT.

Keep in mind, this is a decorative piece intended for display purposes and light use, not rough play or heavy dueling. Given the handmade nature of this product, the color and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece; each creation captures the charm of unique artistry. Please handle the pommel with care, especially during installation. Avoid cross-threading or over-tightening to prevent damage to the threads, particularly when mixing plastic and metal components. When threading the part on it is best to start twisting counterclockwise, when the treads line up you should feel a slight click and then can begin twisting clockwise to thread on. For those seeking perfect alignment, the use of timing shims or plumber’s Teflon tape is advised. We’re here to help if any issues arise with fitting, ensuring you get the most from your purchase.
